  I went here with my wife, it was 34 degrees and storming outside so we had our jackets on. We was refused service because we didn't want to take our jackets off, again it was 34 degrees and storming outside. It's ok because we went down the street to another place and with our jackets on got great service and the amount we was looking for!

  I paid off my loan and they guaranteed me another loan but then they said I couldn't use my social security Bank account and I had to go get another bank account so the whole thing was just bull they wasted an hour and a half of my time I wouldn't go back here ever. I was called by the ladies that work there and told that I was approved for another loan to come on in make my last payment and they would have mediately set up the new loan everything was exactly the same it was for the first loan same bank account same card same everything well they decided now I have to have a check will they know that direct Express the social security approved bank account doesn't use checks and they knew that before they called me in there so I was blatantly lied to so if your on social security and you use direct Express don't go there because they will lie to you

  I have been borrowing from cash store for over a year and it has been a pleasure. All of the girls are very helpful and friendly especially the manager Mrs. Miranda. I highly recommend going here here you need a loan.
