  Your first impression is your best impression the lady in the front is not customer service friendly and clearly she don’t know her job how to do her job I’ll give her a negative Star She’s very rude and impolite like she judge you soon as you come to the door

  I do not recommend. What a huge waste of my time. After wasting at least 30 minutes, I was not approved due to 1. Too many inquires & 2. Bad credit. Despite not having anything in my TransUnion report, which I can view online. I called the number provided to inquire about this, & the lady repeated back what was on the decline letter, after she asked me what it said?...no further info provided. This store bases it's decisions to lend to you on your credit, so take that into consideration, this is also a title loan store as well. Store was clean, smelled great, employees were very helpful to customers....but employees also didn't seem happy to be/work there,....they were eagerly talking about when they will finally receive their raises smh...I guess were all broke lol Also, I began getting back 2 back spam calls within 60 mins of leaving the store, which is worrying because I suspect my # was passed on to a 3rd party company ..Looking for much needed cash? Try payactiv if your employer offers it or even plasma donation,& Good luck!

  I appreciate the cash store for helping me out when not many people would. The young lady that waited on me was nice, and they got me in and out there pretty quick. I speak blessings over them in Jesus name.

  Customer service is very poor. Tried calling 10 times and no one's picks up. Unheard of completely please get it together.
