  Think twice before getting a loan. I was told I would be waived all interest fees when I presented the coupon they emailed me for being a first timer. I never received my 50% off of first payment which they stated I would receive and when inquired about the check the associate had a nonchalant attitude.

  I am highly disappointed in this store. I referred several people to the CASH STORE because I was receiving several pre-approval letters from this company. I have contacted them multiples starting 4/22/19. At first they supposedly sent the check to my old address. I contacted them to correct this issue and they stated they will have this corrected. When I didn't receive the check by 5/1/19 I contacted the office again where I kept getting the run-around because only the manager could help me with this issue. They would take my name down, and state would have to contact me back but never would contact me back. One time the manager did speak to me, but advise her computer was not working and had to call me back. But of course no call back was given. Today 5/22/19 I tried my luck again and now they advise me that my name was not given at the time of the referral. HMM???? But stated would have to call me back after doing some investigation. She call back after 4 hours of investigation to tell me my account that I have with them has to be in good standing. But I don't have an account. I proceeded to ask so the first check was never sent out. Of course the representative couldn't verify that for me. LOL. So see this is why no one wants to deal w/ pay day loans stores anymore. I rather deal with online apps like Dave, Earnin, etc., because I got my referral money with them.

  My experience with this store has not always been pleasant, the uncomfortable looks and smirks from the manager and other co-workers , but on 5/21/2018 was it for me, I am a people person I myself is in customer service. You should always be professional I enter the store they greet me but then there come the laughing and being unprofessional. I have been a long time customer with this company they have always had my business but not this location anymore I didn't feel comfortable at all there the young lady that help me was ok. Left with a headache and not what I need not happy.... today went to the location 12626 woodforest Thank you ladies for your great customer service!!
