  I've dealt with "flippers" before (different property), and my intelligence was insulted. At the end of the meetings I felt like I needed to shower... for about a week or so. These guys are definitely NOT that! Nelson DelCastillo came out to see my house, and we had a good, honest, respectful-of-each-other conversation. I'm not sure it's going to work out for us this time; these transactions seem to work best when the house is in really bad shape.
