  Jim and his team were extremely helpful, responsive and made navigating my first home buying experience a lot less stressful. My purchase was rather unconventional as I was buying directly from the seller and Jim was always there to answer any and all questions, no matter how repetitive they may have been. He never made me feel like a bother and he was always willing to help. If my word is not enough, my attorney and her paralegal also said I chose a great lender. They had everything needed for closing days in advance and didn't have to chase anything down. I would recommend Jim and his team again and again.

  Jim and his team were extremely supportive throughout the process of refinancing our home. We received daily updates in the beginning of the process, letting us know the progress made each day. As we approached our closing, Jim continued to send up weekly updates so we would remain informed. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Jim. He took the time to answer any and all questions and was extremely responsive to emails. For something that can be a nerve-wracking process, Jim and his team addressed any and all concerns and questions.
