  "Purchase of GLC300" AWESOME DEAL! by JOSEPH V. from Seattle | April 25, 2018 "Purchase of GLC300" - JOSEPH V. I went on line to explore the purchase of a Mercedes SUV and saw a vehicle that interested me, I began an on-line chat with a rep who directed me to Austin the local salesman. Austin followed up immediately by phone and we set up an appointment for a test drive the next day that was convenient for me. I must add that this was Austin's day off, but still made it work my schedule. He met me and had the vehicle ready for me to view and test drive. We haggled a little over my trade in but I got what I thought was a very fair trade in price and purchased a GLC 300. I was in and out with the new vehicle in under 2 1/2 hours. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly throughout the process. He has called me several times over the past week to check in with me to be sure everything is good. Overall it was probably one of my best car purchasing experiences ever. I will also add that I live 10 minutes from another dealer but chose Platinum Autos because of the response from Austin. I highly recommend Austin and Platinum Autos.

  Great experience, My superviser at Microsoft had sold her Lexus to Platinum Autos in Woodinvile. She was suprised that she had recieved $1,560 more that the other three auto buying companys she visted that week. I took her advise and went to Platinum Autos and was offered a more than fair value for my Camry limited. The whole proccess took less than 20 minutes. Thank you Lor W. :)

  Wow our new Rover is Great! We just took delivery of our 2018 Range Rover Diesel and love it! We where about to fly to California to buy one. My wife found Platinum Autos in Bellevue and we saved $3,000 and it had more options. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean used car. Thanks Stan G

  Leaving Bellevue and called Platinum Cash for Cars to sell my Tesla model X and had a great experience. I had a co worker use Platinum services and was very pleased with there service and the value they recieved compared to other offers. If you are looking for the best price call them I shopped around by far the best price for my Tesla. R.T

  "Unbelievable experience! Out-of-state customer for life!" - Terry Anne I bought my 2017 RX 450h through Platinum Autos just a few weeks ago and can't speak higher of my experience. After one too many negative experiences with my local dealership's sales department, I decided to broaden my search. Platinum had the exact vehicle I was looking for (color combination/options) so I inquired online. Austin was very responsive and upfront, answering any questions that I had (boy were there many), making this out-of-state purchase a breeze and putting me at ease. We quickly reached a deal and I then booked a flight to Bellevue for the following weekend. Their Bellevue facility is perfectly located next to great shopping, so I was picked up by Austin at the airport and at the dealer within 15 minutes of the plane touching the ground. Austin immediately took me to the car for a walk-around to make sure it was everything I wanted and more. Thankfully, it was! I then worked with Robert for the paperwork and purchase documents. Given that this was an out-of-state purchase, and that I was coming from a state that did things very different than Arizona, I expected this to have a few bumps. I was wrong! It was flawless and Robert had everything taken care of prior to me visiting. I wrapped up the visit with a 30 minute technology demonstration of my car's new features. I'm sure Austin would have given me more time if I needed it, however I was very familiar with the features already from my other Lexus. What was a really nice touch was that she was familiar with my old car (a 2010 Lexus), and she focused the demo on how the features have evolved since then. We personalized all of my settings (and then some), and then the garage door was opened and I was off on my 1900 mile drive home - 1900 miles to fall in love with the car, as I put it. These two men went above and beyond in making this a positive experience, and they succeeded. I have never been so satisfied with a vehicle purchase experience, and appreciate that they were honest and fair upfront without having to play any games. This is how car dealerships should be! While I do not live nearby to take advantages of the free car washes, you can bet I will be back the next time I am ready to purchase another Lexus! You can also bet that I will recommend you without hesitation to anybody that I can. Thank you for everything! Terry Anne W.

  Hi everyone, great experience at Cash for Cars Bellevue selling my Mercedes to Platinum Autos. I was on craigslist for three weeks and nothing but scammers and no shows. I found Cash for Cars Bellevue and ending up selling it for more money and in fifteen minutes. I would recommend to anyone selling or wanting consign your vehicle. No stress and very easy..   "Amazing service - Start to Finish" From the moment I picked up the phone and was graced with Austins presence in regards to selling my car. The experience went so smoothly. I was so sad about seeing my prior car go, that he was nice enough to take me over to the parking garage for one last photo. How NICE! Austin has wonderful customer service skills and you can truly tell he CARES about what you want personally and takes pride in his job. I am so happy I was lucky enough to land him as my salesman.
