  Another establishment that caters to the Hispanic/Mexican community . majority of the good reviews come from this particular group. I’ve witness them bend their rules to help this group but make it challenging for others via their policies to take small loans. Not an equal opportunity.

  (New Customers Beware) The worst location and Company to get a title loan from! When getting my title loan I was not offered the 30 days no payment like advertised! The agent did not have me fill out all the paperwork so the next day I had to come back fill out more paperwork. In that same visit the agent took a second copy of my ID and never gave my ID back so later that day I had to come back to get my ID..... when it was time to process my first payment the agent that helped me with the loan application did not save my payment method when I provided her with that information..... I was lied to about the requirements of the 30 day no payment title loan after calling twice and speaking to two different agents.... I was also informed since the contract was already filed I would not be a would not qualify for the 30 day no payment. I have wasted gas, time, and know now this company is the worst to deal with because they lack customer service!
