  Worse place ever. Staff were sloppy, tacky, and very rude. First off, was only trying to get a couple hundreds for the weekend until I got back to Cali. I'm a Rn, make way more then everybody in there and they was acting like they owned the place. They had my husband on the run around for uber check stubs, when he produced them, the so called manager, couldn't even open up the document. And that's what you have working the front desk. Can barely speak English. I wonder if the corporate office is aware how sloppy and unprofessional there staff are. Worst customer service ever. Never go there. It's not that serious. Dress code alert.

  During these trialing times cash 1 has not extended even an email for help regarding payments to pardon for interest free as many of us has been laid off they just wait for you to beg for pardon because of the greed of corporate decisions companies like this I despise and will never recommend and never use again. Its companies like these that do not deserve government bailouts and I hope the governmemt really sees through them. Ive learned a great lesson once and for all never borrow money from anyone or any company for most build yourself and take command of your life to be able to not borrow and let these companies go under the less people borrow the less these disgraceful companies need to be around

  Will never ask family members to go they're not true. Had money taken from my account when I followed their rules. NEVER GET A LOAN FROM YOUR COMPANY. After I pay them back. NO MORE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! There's no way. Couldn't give a smaller rating. When you first get the loan they don't tell you that you should call 2 days in advance they just pull from your account early in the morning when you are still sleeping not giving you a chance to go to the bank to get the money to pay them. My husband had this happen to him. After they did this was when we were told to call before. Just hope and pray that your payday isn't on a sunday. Hope this will not happen to anyone else that needs to pay a bill.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Manager (blonde hair)was very dismissive towards me. You never know what needs someone may have so you should be polite to anyone and everyone that walks in. I would never do business with this store.

  Very nice customer service by Shavante, I know I was taking forever and had nothing but questions but she had a lot of patience and answers. Would love for her to always take care of me when I come to this location .😀

  It takes a lot for me to do reviews, but I feel like this situation seems fit. I walked into Cash 1 this past weekend because one of my brothers told me about it and I was in desperate need of some quick cash. The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by two workers, but there was one more enthusiastic then the other. He immediately called me to his window so I just went to him without thinking. Either way you can see something was bothering by the way he was sitting down. When I told him I was only looking for the $100 I needed he proceeded to tell me what he needed to process the loan. Again you can see on his face something was bothering him but he was still friendly and very upbeat. As he rolled over and gave me the paperwork, I started to fill out but he kept making this face like he was in pain. Nonchalantly I just kept doing what he told me. He took a deep breathe, as he grabbed my ID, and he said politely, "Please bare with me, it won't take to long, but I'm going to make a copy of your ID and your paystub." Now in the back of my head I'm thinking why would he say that, and if it's a long ways away. As he started to walk away, I finally figured out why he kept making the face of pain. I found out that Josh had twisted his ankle. On his way back, he was out of breathe and hopping towards me. I asked him if he was OK, and with a smile on his face he said "i couldn't be better." I was already having a bad day, but that actually made me smile. For someone to be going thru that and having to work, I had nothing but respect for him. I don't believe a company should have someone working if they're injured in that way cause his ankle was about the size of a bowling ball. But obviously it didn't seem to phase him. I asked him why he was working, and he responded "Ugh, I don't know, I guess I love my job." Made me laughed cause it might have sounded rehearsed, but you can tell he meant it. At the end of the day I didn't receive the loan just because I didn't feel comfortable allowing him to call references. I feel like that shouldn't be a do or die factor for a loan and even though he assured me he's not allowed to tell anyone that I am trying to get a loan, I just didn't go through with it. The whole moral of this review is that Josh made me feel comfortable in an awkward position since it is embarrassing to ask for a loan in the first place, but it takes a teller with a great personality to try and make a change in a customer. I might have came at him in a bad way, but he chased my frown upside down shall we say. Keep being awesome Josh and keep resting that leg. And the girl I believe her name was Jessica was also funny.

For future reference, we only use references in the case that a customer defaults on a loan and we can't reach him or her (so many people are unreachable nowadays).
