  Update your hours on google please. Makes people think youre still 1 hour until close until they arrive, and the door is locked. On door it says close 7 and on here 8, thank you.

  Overall … Phenomenal Customer Service . I walked in to cash a check and walked out approved for loan in under 30 minutes !!! Granted thats not why I came in , I left very pleased with the services I was offered . I will be doing my taxes here as well , since they offer tax advances.

  There are always more people in the back than people in the front helping. Line is terribly long almost always. Plan to spend 30min-45min waiting. The employees are pleasant but not overly friendly. Location is great as far as being close to my home, but parking is always pretty bad.

  Absolutely terrible service. They act like you are just a big inconvenience and they let the line go out the door even though they have 6 people working. Only 2 people will be assisting customers while they make customers wait 30 minutes to an hour for a simple transaction. Every time I'm here, multiple customers leave because the wait times are so ridiculous. But the worst part is their attitude. Worst business I've ever been to. Spend your money and time elsewhere there are multiple other places that are much better and will actually appreciate your business.

  I called to have them hold my check because I was stuck in a different city. I was left on hold for 12 min. I had to hang up and called back. Same woman answered and said sure thing I found your check we'll hold it here until tomorrow. I go In the next day and they have deposited my check so now I have to wait which puts ALL my other financial obligations on hold which is very inconvenient and stressful for me. Way to make a difficult situation even More difficult for me.
