  I bought my car at cars and credit 3.5 years ago and I had heard of some people complaining of their service or cars and honestly, I never hadn’t ANY issues with them! If I ever needed anything fixed that was covered under warranty, they always took care of it right away. If I had a big fix that wasn’t covered, they offered payment plans where they would pay for it and id just pay an extra $25-50 bucks with my payment and pay off the small bill. It was really helpful cause not all of us have savings and can afford a big fix on a car when they happen!

  Tried telling me a 2012 Kia is actually worth 17k-18k ... mind you the radio didn’t work so they lowered it to 16k . Almost 100k miles on it and telling me they lowered it to 16k? A good condition 2012 Kia is probably worth 12k at most .. what a joke .

  Had the car for 3 DAYS transmission started to slip wouldn’t shift into the next gear and I take it back and they say they’ll take me to court! I’m a single mom I work so hard and I’m threatened with court because they sold me a faulty car….

  Very understanding management in times of crisis whether its a global pandemic or a personal wage garnishment. They will work with you as long as you hold up your end of the deal which is just making payments. But they're understanding and the car I drive from here is pretty b.a. Understanding, good prices, free popcorn on Fridays

  I have never missed a payment on the current auto loan I have through cars and credit. My payments are due weekly on Friday... I start getting calls mid afternoon Friday and non-stop there after. I am a waitress so friday through Monday I'm working all day and do not have a chance to get to them during business hours. I wouldn't recommend this option to anyone unless you have exhausted all other auto options.

  I have gotten a few cars from Jason at Cars and Credit in Owatonna and he has always been amazing to work with! Even when things don't work, they have you covered! I got a car that we found out had to have been in a bad accident and the previous owner welded the frame back together(badly) and Jason immediately resolved the issue! I highly recommend checking them out!
