  I just got off the phone with Angi at Carroll Realty. Amazing person! She is so friendly and knowledgeable of the island. I'm very excited to be renting from this group because Angi is an absolute ray of sunshine over the phone.

  I am a first time renter and cannot say enough good things about Carroll Realty. I dealt mainly with Ashley and she (as well as the entire staff, including Tamlyn and Mike) has been great--very professional and responsive throughout the process. They are well organized, know their stuff and get back to you promptly. They reached out to check in on several occasions to make sure I got my renters package, as well as to see how the property was. When I had a few minor issues they took care of them right away (cable not working, some small kitchen items missing etc.). I would highly recommend them!

  We have used Carroll Realty for beach rentals for a few special occasions now and they did not disappoint. I’ve also used them to rent places for family members when they come to visit. They are extremely friendly and very responsive with answering any of our questions. The rentals were always ready on time and clean. We will definitely use them again in the future. Great local, family run business!

  Mike and Ashley are great business owners and all around great people. I love how they are a local family owned business. They always go the extra mile for their clients. Every property I have ever rented from them has always been exactly like their online listings. The homes are always beautiful and clean on the inside and out.   I have used Carroll Realty for over ten years. They have helped us find rentals, sell us a home and in fact helped us build one as well. They are completely professional and responsive and know the area inside and out. They are down to earth and give great advice. My family is greatly indebted to them.   Amazing company with superb customer service! Mike, the owner of Carroll Realty, has been diligently assisting my family and I to find our dream beach house! He is never pushy and always has our best interest at heart. He will drop everything to show us a new listing on the market that is believed with suit us. New to South Carolina we have quickly fallen in love with the area and the amazing local spots Mike has introduced us to! Once we purchase this home we will also be looking for vacations homes for Carroll Realty to manage! We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with this company and would be the work with anyone else!! Grateful for all you do for us!! Can’t wait to call IOP our forever home!

  We recently used Carroll Realty for our family vacation. The staff and office were extremely accommodating, professional, and responsive. The check-in/out process was easy and reached out to us during the week to make sure everything was ok. The house was perfect, clean, and accurately met the description online. I can't recommend Carroll Realty enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

  This is a family that knows the island. We moved to Mt. Pleasant 8 years ago and Mike and Ashley helped us find our house, became our friends and have been an agency we recommend time and again to those buying on the island or neighboring towns or renting on the island. We have rented from them for stay-cations or recommended their properties to friends. Every last one has been stellar. You can’t go wrong with this company.
