  We had only four weeks to get a mortgage approved and the money in our account. Parker Lending was recommended as a company who could accomplish it. We quickly supplied the documentation that was requested and were thrilled when we were just as quickly approved. The process went very smoothly, and we closed on the loan in two weeks after we applied. What a joy it is knowing that there are great companies like Parker Lending. Chip Parker is the best and we highly recommend both him and the company.

  Chip did outstanding work as my mortgage broker. He and Bethany (the miracle worker) were able to guide me through the home buying process and overcame a several obstacles along the way. As an investor, I don't fit into a specific box. So, he helped, strategically, from start to finish with an indepth plan from application to rate lock. My wife and I were so impressed that I didn't hesitate to ask for their help on the next one.

  I recently completed a refinance of my home with Chip Parker of Parker Lending and found the process to be extremely smooth. Chip was very thorough in all of his communications with me, making it unnecessary to go back and forth with emails, calls, etc. I knew upfront what I needed to provide to him, so there were no last-minute crisis calls for a document. Throughout the process I felt comfortable the loan would close with minimal effort from me. Chip did all of the work and he did it well! The rate that he was able to secure for me is proof that he knows the business. He is a true professional and I highly recommend his services. Believe me, you will be pleased!

  Chip did a great job at getting us into our dream home. He got us a fantastic rate, we were able to close on time, and him and his staff were super friendly.   Chip is wonderful, knowledgable and the best at what he does. I am the type of person who asks a zillion questions and Chip and his staff took the time to explain everything, though I am sure I probably asked the same questions more than once! Real estate transactions are complex and one should go with a company that is reputable and know how to maneuver through it all. Parker Lending is that and more. He got us a great rate, and despite it being near the end of the year and things being backlogged due to the pandemic, all went through, just as he said it would. I would recommend him and Parker Lending to anyone who wants to do business with someone who is patient, professional, kind and knows it all when it comes to refinancing or mortgage information. If I could give 10 stars I would.
