  My experience with Welcome Mortgage Corp was nothing short of positive and supremely helpful. As a first time home buyer, I had numerous questions but also was new to the process in general. Matt DiLeo was readily available for a call and stayed on top/kept me in the loop throughout the entirety of the process. He also was willing to meet with me on numerous occasions to educate me and answer any questions I might have. Matt and Welcome Mortgage were also very accommodating to my needs and preferences. For anyone interesting in purchasing, I recommend working with Welcome Mortgage. Overall, I had a pleasant experience that allowed my first-time home purchasing to be as smooth as it possibly could be!

  I was referred to welcome mortgage by family member and they had told me that mark was the best! They where not wrong. Me and my fiancé loved working with mark and his assistant windy. What an amazing experience to say the least! We didn’t know what to expect, we were first time home buyers so we didn’t know what we where walking into. By the time we left his office we had a complete understanding of everything and felt very comfortable about everything. Mark has a good way of explaining everything and breaking it down. Mark is very personable and communicates very well, he’s always a phone call away. Never thought buying a house could be so easy!

  I was introduced to Welcome Mortgage through a family member and after my first conversation with Mark I was so relieved and excited about buying my first home. Mark made the entire approval process such a breeze and explained everything in detail so I understood why I needed to provide certain information. His underwriter Windy is also very friendly and helpful and was great at communicating with me. Mark and Windy both were prompt with responding to my phone calls or emails and they never made me feel l had a silly question.   My husband, Ray, and I highly recommend Mark Dileo and his company, Welcome Mortgage. We had a very tight timeline with selling one house and purchasing another. There was very little wiggle room -- it was between Thanksgiving and Christmas! Talk about challenging and hectic. Mark and his team made it happen!   It is rare to find a mortgage person who is so responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We used Mark twice and both times he was great. We had an issue with a payment to our mortgage lender and could not get anywhere with them. I called Mark, and he handled it for us! This kind of personal service is priceless!   This was the best home buying experience i’ve ever had! Mark Dileo was very professional and so is his assistant Wendy Troutman! They are very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this mortgage company!
