  Just moved to Charlotte from CT. I recently joined Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union. I am very pleased with the services they provide. Jennifer Campbell helped me with my banking application to become a member the transaction was very smooth. She helped me get a credit card. She answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt this good dealing with any bank. If your looking for a bank/credit union stop by Carolina Telco Federal Credit Union don't hesitate and ask for Jennifer Campbell she's very good at what she does. Thanks Jennifer for everything. Your great 👍.

  (Jessica and Issac Sanders) My husband and I have become members of a fantastic institution that is about taking care of their members. After applying for a membership and a auto loan we had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Campbell, member services rep. She was not only efficient but knowledgeable, patient and effective. She assisted us throughout the entire process with kindness. She restored our belief in customer service when individuals can be impatient and brass. We highly recommend Carolina Telco credit union for all your banking needs and don't forget to ask for Mrs. Jennifer Campbell.

  I have never had a bad experience with this credit union and I've been with them for over 17 years or more. I've gotten 4 car loans from them with no problem. Mrs. Leigh Anna Helms is an awesome loan officer who I've dealt with all my auto loan needs. If you can get on to this bank please deal with the Crisman Street location in Charlotte North Carolina.

  Very unprofessional!!! Whenever you call in they provide you with misinformation about your account. I will be changing banks soon. I do not recommend. Update: After leaving this review a member representative blocked my debit card from all usage. I will be closing my account today. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

  I recently joined this credit union on my son’s recommendation. I’ve been a member of two other credit unions for years now, and have never been pleased with either of those. I can honestly say that my experience with Carolinas Telco FCU has been a game changer! I acquired a used car loan through the Crisman Street location and received outstanding customer service. It was a rather complicated transaction since I was buying a used vehicle from an individual and the vehicle still had a lien on it. Despite that, my loan was handled quickly and competently by the credit union representative. She responded quickly and efficiently to my MANY questions and I’m thrilled with the spectacular loan rate I received. Honestly, this is the best credit union of which I have ever been a member and I can’t recommend them highly enough! If I could, I would give ten stars to both the Crisman Street location and Ms. Helms!

  I love banking with CTELCO. I have been a member for 21 years. The employees are always very friendly. And anytime I have had a request for a loan or anything, it was handle in such a quick and professional matter. Leigh Anna is the best Senior Service member Representative ever. Anytime I have had a loan request she handle it right away. And has always made sure I had what I needed. I am so glad I became a member 21 years ago. I don't plan on going to another bank. My husband is a member and my 18yr old son just became a member. CTELCO is the best. They care about their members.

  I was initially referred by a family member to Carolinas Telco. I have in turn referred numerous family members and friends myself because of the wonderful experience I had!! The level of personalized service is above and beyond!! It truly does feel like a local/community bank, not like Wells Fargo or B of A where they don’t care about you! I especially love Elizabeth Lambert at the Cornelius branch!! Anything regarding banking or financing is not typically enjoyable to me, but every time I call or email Elizabeth I have such a pleasant experience!! Even my auto loan!! I can literally pick up the phone and talk to someone about my banking needs immediately, and not wait on hold for 30 minutes or be re-directed. I sincerely appreciate the top notch banking experience, and service I have received from Carolinas Telco and would highly recommend to anyone!!

  I have been a customer for many years, dealt with multiple branches, mainly Gastonia and Crisman Street, and have realized the courtesy and professionalism of the employees is universal. I appreciate the fact that I've never felt they were trying to 'sell' me anything but rather offered solutions for my various banking needs whether as simple as individual accounts or as complicated as mortgages. I honestly can't see why anyone would ever want to deal with the endless high fees, interest and sales tactics of the big banks if they can become a member. And on top of that, you'll never find better rates on auto loans, or any other loans for that matter.

  I have been banking with Carolinas Telco for 30 years. I have always received good customer service. Leigh Anna Helms has taken my customer service experience to the next level! She is efficient, ensures each request is handled timely and her communication is on point. Leigh Anna is one in a million!
