  Beware of this company! Josh is The mortgage broker who has held up the purchase of the property for months. This caused my father a senior citizen and navy veteran to be without a home. The broker then pulled out of the mortgage right before closing, causing further time and money to be lost. The sale of the property is in jeopardy, all because of this mortgage broker and his failure to do his job.

  Hello Paul, we sincerely apologize that the property was ineligible upon receipt of the appraisal and we could not fund your loan. Unfortunately, there are instances where things are out of our control and this is a case where it took the appraiser entirely too long to get us a report which is why this was a last minute ordeal. Since Dodd Frank in 2010, we all have to go through appraisal management companies for the appraisal, and we have no control over the timeframe in which it takes to get a completed appraisal. We wish you and your father the best and hope you can appreciate the time and efforts our company has spent working on your transaction. Again, I cannot apologize enough, but some things are out of our control and we hope you can understand.
