  Carlos Camargo is a true professional. He handled our reverse mortgage for our house in Oxnard, CA. He knows the mortgage/real estate business very well and is willing to take the time to explain all the details... more than once if needed. We were able to take advantage of our home's equity to stay here for the rest of our lives, WITHOUT a mortgage payment...ever! It's a huge weight off my shoulders.   If you live in the Santa Barbara or Ventura area then you should use Carlos Camargo for your Reverse Mortgage. Carlos is an expert in Reverse Mortgages and this is the 2nd time that he has helped me. If you are unsure of using someone over the phone then you will love having Carlos come to your house or office to answer your questions like he has done for me.
