  Carl helped us with our first mortgage and the refinancing of our home just recently as well.   I am extremely pleased with my experience with Carl when buying my first home. He was patient with me and was able to break down everything in layman's terms as I'm not very literate in mortgage financing. As a great bonus, he was able to save me quite a bit of money on my closing costs! 10/10 would recommend to anyone buying or refinancing a home!

  It's simple. Carl is the best. I have worked in New Home Sales for 7 years and have worked with a lot of mortgage lenders along the way. Carl is always my go to. He is very upfront with everyone and won't waste your time. His knowledge of the mortgage industry and his personality are comforting for every level of buyer. I know he will always take care of me and my customers. He has closed ten's of millions of dollars of loans for my customers along with two of my personal home loans and we are currently working on the third. I'll always call Carl and I would encourage anyone looking for a mortgage to call him as well.

  Carl Hendrix is a consummate professional!! I was nervous to work with a mortgage broker over a local bank but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. My loan closed in record time with a rate saving me hundreds of dollars a month. Carl was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, fast and efficient!   Honest Review of a homeowner client. He was our mortgage advisor 3 years ago when we bought this new house. Recently, I was looking to refinance and he got me the best rate. I closed on it in less than a month. He is TRUSTWORTHY. This is the most important. You want to trust your mortgage, hard earned money to someone you can trust. And he is that! He will give you a Competitive if not the Best Interest Rate. (Lower if not the same as the internet rates!) Stop looking into other lenders, you're just wasting your time calling and repeating yourself. At the end, you're going to have to trust someone. He is Honest and Straightforward. He has been in the business for years so he knows what he is talking about. He is responsive. He will not leave you hanging with your questions / concerns. He isn't pushy. You won't feel like you're talking to a sales person. You will feel like you are talking to an expert, someone who has years of experience and is knowledgeable in the industry - because he is that!
