  I had an awesome experience having my issues resolved with Tangie. A frustrating situation was made enjoyable by her personality and eagerness to empathize and do her best to resolve an on going issue that no one appropriately responded even with multiple calls. She gave us a successful solution and I am very grateful.

  The first time that I applied online to refinance my car with Addition Financial, I got an email saying my application got denied with no reason given. I got frustrated, however, I decided to get a hold of someone. After multiple intents of getting someone on the phone (it's not that easy with Addition Financial), I came upon Wendy Samsoondar. And I am so glad I found her because she explained to me that I got declined due to an error from the bank's end. She helped me resubmit the application and she helped me in every step of the process. She would call me and would update me with the next steps to finish the refinancing. In conclusion, she was a great help and I am so thankful I came upon her.

  They are seemingly incapable of transferring funds and unapologetic about the inconvenience. Just cancels my business account transfers with zero information. Zero immediate resolve.zero compassion. Had to ask for supervisor from unmoved teller.
