  I was referred to Jodi Watson from CMG - and from our first call, was immediately impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail and sense of urgency. She managed to turn my loan around from start to finish in about 8 days - literally during the busiest holiday season / last week of the calendar year. Jodi quickly established herself as a trusted and invaluable resource and was always available whenever I had a question (no matter how silly it was).   I am a first time home buyer, and I had a difficult loan to work with. This amazing group of people helped me every step of the way! They answered all of my questions with patience, and there were a lot. They saw me through 4 months of searching, and 4 months of building. When it became apparent I was only going to be able to make my loan work on a new build. This team was quick to respond and when it was finally time to go to underwriting they hustled! I am now sitting in my first home, I worked so hard and so long to get here, and I couldn't of done without these folks. So if you get the chance to work with them....do it!

  I would have to say just the extremely slow timely response is a huge issue for me. We tried calling once and the ladies at the office got annoyed with how I was calling too early about the pre-approval result/response. Then a month passes by and they say oh you should have heard back already.... The loan officer we had said we didn't submit all the paperwork then I went over with him how we did listing out all the specific documents we uploaded and then he was like oh okay so not even too sure if he checked before telling me. Then emailing and calling is like pulling teeth. I guess the original loan officer we were working with decided to leave the company and now we're stuck with someone new who didn't realize we already worked on the pre-approval process. So he asked for us to work on it all over again? Then he said our pre-approval is still good. It's a mess and we were recommended by a family friend. This service is not up to par with what we're looking for. Highly do not recommend, I'm surprised there are so many good reviews.

  Excellent service, just felt like communication was lagging. We were first time buyers and had a lot of questions and were anxious so waiting 2 days for answers was stressful. Overall they did an excellent job and provided all the answers and support we needed. Brittany and Dylan were great and patient.

  Every person in the process, from loan originator ( Andy Kepner/Hunter Rosen), loan processor (Stephani Everett), to Carrie Cyr, was amazing. They treated us like family, kept us informed, was very professional, always available for questions and answered questions and made me believe in customer service again at a time when I thought that concept had died.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Carey Ann and her staff at CMG in many capacities. First, as a transaction coordinator and new homes manager, and out of around 100 transactions, there was not one that didn't close on time or fell through. Carey Ann and her team worked their magic and will do whatever it takes to get the deal done. She and CMG also did my personal loan and it was a great experience.   I don’t know how to thank Carey Ann, Brittanye & the whole team at CMG enough for pulling a miracle off. I had worked with another lender for 45 days only to realize they were not a direct VA lender and had submitted the completely wrong information for my loan which is why there was such a long hold up. They informed me 3 days before closing I was going to need an extension. I had me realtor get that extension but also fire them as my lender. She then reached out to Carey Ann directly to see what had gone wrong. CMG being a direct VA lender knew exactly what had gone wrong and how to fix it so I hired CMG immediately. They got me fully funded and closed in under 8 days! I can’t tell you what that means to have someone step up for me and make my dreams of peace come true. The communication was above what I had expected and the level of respect I was treated with was incredible. I will be using them for all of my future TN home purchases. I can’t thank you enough Carey Ann.
