Heron O1Waste of time in this branch, just go to franklin or Brentwood, they have zero to no clue on how nor when to apply discretion or override policies for non-risk customers, if you’re a business account holder, don’t waste your time in this branch.

Derrick Ford1Wouldnt even cash a Wells Fargo issued check because i only have a paper ID issued by the government. This is wrong and the reason for my horrid review.

Hilda Sanabria1Whait on line to make a deposit for a friend. Cashier ask if I was on the account..no. Took the money. Whait few seconds. She told me I can deposit only if I have a check under my name.. why she didntd sayit from the beginning..

shelley morgan1This is the rudest bank location, the manager is really rude and don't help customers,probably because wells has been sued for stealing people's money and this manager is one of them. He can't help you and will not. Went to green hills and got all the help I needed. Stay away , staff is same way.
