  I heard about Purpose Funding on the radio and called and spoke to Joe Alves. I also called other brokers but Joe was, by far, the most patient & knowledgeable when it came to explaining the process. My refi was not your average refi and was slightly complicated, but Joe took the time to figure out the best path for us. I had many questions and Joe was always kind, helpful, detailed and incredibly professional. I appreciated that he cared and made sure to get the best loan for us. Devin is also fantastic to work with! We had a few unexpected bumps in the process, but Devin went out of his way to get the answers we needed to finish completing our paperwork. I was grateful that Devin was willing to go above & beyond. I would recommend Purpose Funding to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.   I've done several refi's with Joe, and he has always been very communicative and available. He's always willing to answer my questions (you'd think I know what I'm doing at this point, but I don't). His staff is equally great to work with. I don't even consider using someone else. He makes the process quick and easy, and he personally is very knowledgeable, easygoing and down to earth. I would easily recommend him.
