  What an amazing experience! We had struggled with our previous lender to do what we believed was going to be a relatively straightforward process- what is called a "streamline VA refinance". On the bright side, it was because of that struggle that we found WealthWise Mortgage Planning. Andrew, Cindy, and Kim were amazingly knowledgeable about everything to do with refinance, and went the extra mile to ensure that our decision to go with them was truly the best for us and our family.   Recently completed a VA refinance with Andrew & his team. Every thing went great & no complaints. Kim & Cindy who I had the most contact with were great & answered every question & explained everything through the process in great detail. During the pandemic & historical low interest rates they forwarned me of it taking extra long time frame to complete & it did but they contacted me pretty much weekly with updates & items that needed attention. Would recommend them

  We have refinanced many times and it is always stressful. Cindy and Kim made the process quick and smooth. We were not utilizing my husbands VA mortgage benefits because our previous lender told us we could not due to our rural location. We spoke to Andrew who immediately assured us that was not true. We were able to refi at a much lower rate. They were always there to answer our questions and concerns. We were kept informed through the entire process. Andrew, Cindy and Kim are very pleasant and are extremely easy to talk to. I have and will continue to refer my family and friends.

  Very friendly and caring people, I would recommend you to use this company as a veteran. They walked us through every bit of the process and as you go through the process, you get to know the how caring and helpful the girls are. We love them, they helped us out with our first loan and thought the refinance loan too. Highly, highly recommend and they quickly become like family. Thankful for them. Great company.

  The is the best, by far, office for planning and getting the right mortgage for your home! Someone almost always answers the phone, every message left was returned within the next 1 to 2 hours. Every email was answered just as quickly. Everyone in the office was extremely efficient at their jobs. Friendly, yet business like. They made my tasks of finding the right mortgage so much easier than any one I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend this office .

  I placed a call to Mr. Vierra only a couple of months ago. The very same day (within the hour), I was able to get a return call and the home loan process was started. Things have been very quick and very easy. Andrew, Kim, Cindy and the entire staff are excellent. I felt completely at ease with the process of the VA home loan the entire way through thanks to their explanation. Every email and/or phone call was answered promptly and I was always met with friendly responses from everyone involved. I am very thankful for their service and completely thrilled to be in my home.   Andrew Vierra and his team are professional, polite, and above all, RESPONSIVE! I was referred to them by my realtor when my original lenders were dragging their feet just to get me my pre-approval letter. Vierra and his team were constantly submitting new pre-approval letters for me during the home purchasing / hunting process. There was never a worry that they would get me the letter in time for the offer to be submitted. On professionalism, the team contacted me regularly via e-mails. If I was unable to view and respond to the e-mails, they called me on the phone to review the information sent, assuring that I understood what I was getting myself into. Rather than give me any interest rate that they could lock me into, the team waited until a pinnacle moment and locked me into the lowest interest rate the market has seen in... ever. Not only were they happy to help me save money, they were ecstatic! I felt like they were truly on my side and not just out for themselves.
