  We did not have a perfectly smooth process - but Jay and his team still earned a 5-star review from me for his hard work to identify appropriate options and solutions, mitigate heartache over unforeseen challenges, and still make mission in an impressively condensed timeline once the path was clear. He was very available and communicative the entire time. I truly believe he makes his clients top priority. In such a complex transaction, no one person can control all factors. Met with some rare/unique circumstances, Jay came through. Since he is licensed in multiple states, I will be calling him again from Texas if/when the time comes.
