  Probably okay for banking services but I'd avoid having documents notarized at this branch as they are very unfamiliar with notarization practices and the state notary manual (I am a former notary public). Had some consular documents that required notarization and the notary refused because they claimed the documents were in a foreign language despite the original document being both in English and the other language. Arizona state law REQUIRES that a notary public CANNOT refuse a notarization of a document if a reasonable request is made. Even as I explained that the document was in English all I got was a blank stare. Not surprisingly another bank had zero issues with my request.

  This bank is a bunch of crooks. Signed up for no overdraft protection, meaning if the funds arent available, the charge should be rejected. Was advised after they allowed charges to go through, their terms of service states they reserve the right to allow charges to go through. They are extorting customers. Secondly, they refunded half the overdraft which the account was still negative and that triggered another overdraft fee. These people are absolute crooks. The manager was supposed to call me back 3 weeks ago, after the rude banker took my info and hung up on me. Stay as far away from this bank as possible.

  This bank does not accept or honor a Arizona General Power of Attorney. I am a retired United States Army veteran and my father has recently been admitted to the VA hospital in Phoenix. He has given me POA to conduct his buisness and pay his bills. I cannot access his money to do this because this bank declines my use of the POA. They have not given me another course of action and way to resolve this. Meanwhile my fathers bills will continue to be late or overdue. Theyve stated to me that its their policy to not accept a POA but cannot assist me in finding another way. My father will close out this bank and choose another once released. Hopefully he will still have a home and power.water.etc... As those bills arent getting paid. If you are a Veteran . please take note. This could easily be you in my predicament.

  Great bank and the staff is great. They always take care of whatever I need. As far as the 2 negative reviews I see, the loan issue is legit but the cashiers checking issue has nothing to do with the bank.

  My client used a loan officer named Mesut Denut at this location has had nothing but troubles with her Loan. BMO Harris Bank continue to delay things and we ended up closing three weeks late. We had to go up the chain to get results. They were inefficient and frustrating due to their lack of communication and inability to consistently improve. Misty blamed all parties in the transaction. The underwriter, the closer, anyone he could blame beside himself. Incredibly unprofessional. I would stay as far away as you can from anyone working with the staff at this bank!

  i had a friend of my mail me 3 Cashiers checks worth $6K used via FedEx Express Delivery i used one of those cashiers checks from BMO Harris bank just to set up myself another checking savings account with Bank of the west here in Manteca California there was a 9 business day period for it to go through successfully i deposited that cashiers check on 9/27/2017 & it was stopped cancelled on 10/2/2017 before 10/5/2017 BMO Harris bank came up 3 days short the cashiers check was worth $1,980.00 money now i owe bank of the west of like $1,990.00 money do to stopped cancelled cashiers checks by BMO Harris bank itself i'm on fixed income called SSI! now my wife is telling me to throw away cut up or burn these cashiers checks cause there no longer good valid always having troubles problems with these BMO Harris cashiers checks! $1,979.00 money & $1,978.00 wasted useless cashiers checks made out to me with my name & home address but got conned scammed by BMO Harris bank itself already ppl! BMO Harris banks dont work well with other national banks like Bank of the west or chase bank period ppl! please stay away from all BMO Harris banks here in Arizona & in Chicago ppl BMO Harris Banks deserves 1 star ratings period always cheating there own customers clients very Untrustworthy banks already ppl! BMO Harris bank stopped cancelled there own cashiers checks away from my own bank of the west checking savings account now i cant even get a full re-fund back of $1,980.00 from BMO Harris bank cause they cheated me from my own bank of the west ppl! please BMO Harris Bank i would like to get a Full Refund of my money off those cashiers check worth $1,980.00 money ASAP that was directly issued wrote to me by my friend himself! i would like my $1,980.00 money mailed out to me in cash itself BMO Harris Bank as my full Refund from these cancelled stopped Cashiers checks that were legally wrote out to me already once again ASAP! the sooner the better i can get my own money back worth $1,980.00 Banks dont need to cheat there own customers or clients with scams fraud cashiers checks problems itself!

  Everyone who works at this Branch is very friendly. Manager Dia, Bankers Mike And Michelle are always ready to go above and beyond. Much better service than big banks.

  Worst bank in AZ. Their managers are indifferent to helping and just play the broken record repeating montra “I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do.” Had my account here for 8 years and I’m HAPPY to be closing it and moving on.

  Love this location! The employees here always so polite and customer service oriented! Also this location is open on Saturdays which makes it very convenient.
