  Bridget is awesome! I love her personality and friendliness!!! She is welcoming and talks to you like a friend and not just focused on the computer or paperwork like a robot. She explains everything that she is doing and what you need and is very detailed in everything she is telling you. She makes it a relaxed environment and not some tense experience. She is friendly as she is helping you with the paperwork. It is amazing how friendly she is while at work. She is amazing!!! I would definitely recommend her to everyone! I really enjoyed my experience at Carbucks because of Bridget.

  Very easy process literally 15 minutes I was out the door with check in hand. I love Sharon she is so easy going and very professional. It was a Blessing to meet her. I recommend carbucks if you have an emergency and need money quick. This is the place. I hope I’m still a customer when Sharon and husband expect their last child 🤱🏽😉.

  Carbucks will be at the top of my list for recommendations. Visited this place with a family member who was experiencing a hardship and was glad we decided to come here. I was amazed with the ease of the process and Sharon was very friendly and funny. She brighten our day.

  My husband's job was part of the recent strike and this was our last resort. Sharon was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She did not sugarcoat anything as far as the loan went. We are thankful for Carbucks in our family's time if need and would definitely recommend them to any of our family and friends!😁😁

  Celeste is great! She fought like a mad dog to get my title from another loan company and then gave me a good loan at a great rate. She helped my wife and I so much when my wife got sick. If ever I need quick cash again, I will go right back to Celeste.

  The woman who runs this office is absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This on top of the fact that the company overall is such an incredible rip off that does nothing but prey upon the misfortunes of people who are financially struggling. I’m very glad to see they recently shut down. There’s a reason why this type of establishment is illegal in most states.

  I meet the manager Celeste and she provided valuable information about title loans with carbucks..I over heard her tell someone come by my office because I have the Best rates on title loans in town. She was picking up her lunch and she still took time to explain the title loan process. She's the best. At this time I don't need a title loan but if I do I know who to call CELESTE at Carbucks.   Bridget is awesome and she has customer service skills. I will go a extra mile to tell people about her and the way she made me comfortable with my decision on getting the loan. In detail she stepped us through the process . Will most definitely be back to do business with this company. And yall complained??? Yall are most definitely not able to pay your bills. Js
