  They pick and choose who they want to do service with based on face apparently. I am a military veteran that likes to be prepared. They weren’t even courteous/knowledgeable enough to give me an accurate list of what I needed on the phone before I showed up. I sensed the animosity until I revealed my veteran status. And it’s a shame. Be cautious. I wouldn’t want to owe a business that’s shady/shaky up front.
