  Great job and great service. I was just testing the waters with lenders and Brad Woods of BNC called me up and said he could get refinance even lower by just looking at what I had provided. Sure enough, he back back with an AWESOME rate and I couldn’t be happier. Great job to the BNC Team and a special call out to Brad Woods. Highly recommend these guys!

  If there was a banker you could work with to go through the home buying process, it is without equivocation Jordan Esco. Bar none, he is the best. He. Is. The. Best. I'm pretty sure no banker will do what Jordan will for you. I will state that I would NOT have gotten the house I wanted, in the time I wanted, without Jordan's help. He is a hammer and the home buying process are just nails to him. He stood by my side and got involved with the title company AFTER the loan was funded because they were NOT responding to me. I could name a hundred things that Jordan did to make this process much easier for me. He worked with me on getting the lowest possible rate, he was ALWAYS available even on the weekend when I would be stressing out about a question, he was always honest and transparent, he would keep me abreast on everything, he coordinated with all the parties (insurance company, title company, realtors, etc...). Is there anyone better than Jordan? Maybe but I can't imagine there are many better than him. He's in the top 1% of bankers because of his work ethic, attention to detail, and intelligence. I will likely never buy another house because I believe when you buy a house you should stay in it forever or why buy, but if I did Jordan is the banker I would go to. Let me repeat to end this review. Jordan Eso is THE BEST banker out there. Don't waste your time with anyone else and go to BNC Bank and go with Jordan and Janelle. Amazing team. I closed today and so grateful for BNC and Jordan Esco. Jordan Esco is the best.

  Mike did a great job and communicated well throughout process. He made himself available late into the evening, as my closing was on West coast! Closing cost was super reasonable and much lower than average. Closing Credit from BNC offset the entire cost which is pretty much unheard of! They reworked loan structure based on what I wanted which was super helpful! Thank you! The papertrail request was minimal. Meaning the team really looking over the docs I sent! Most mortgages processors request the same information more than 3 times in my past experiences. Although closing got delayed my rate lock was honored. The virtual Attorney from across the coast, John, made himself totally available even at 10PM, as my closing was delayed on the West. He followed up the next day as promised and was extremely nice and personable. The notary did get annoyed with the delay in receiving closing documents but it all worked out! I'd definitely bring my mortgages to Mike at BNC again!

  My goodness this was the easiest real estate transaction ever! Incredible customer service! Constant communication was given and I was informed all the way through the process. I was clear to close very early which helped put me at ease, my rates and fees were so low!! I am telling you, you have to give BNC a shot! My broker was Mike Palo and he was incredible and very very knowledgeable! We’re so thankful for our gorgeous new home! ❤️🙌

  Estella is the best mortgage professional we've ever worked with. There was a little communication breakdown regarding our closing dates. Estella immediately apologized and took ownership of the situation. She got her manager and team involved and by the next day, the situation was resolved. We had a similar issue with a major national mortgage company that was a real mess to get straightened out. It makes a big difference to have a local and experienced loan officer like Estella.
