  I made it it my branch three minutes before closing, and I was welcomed just the same as the middle of the day. My teller Maria was so kind and helpful. All of my needs were met and questions, answered!

  As a long time customer with multiple mortgages, cds, savings, checking accounts would have expected better treatment when closing deceased relative’s accounts. Had to wait to have funds mailed when no one was available to approve court certified distribution instructions. Also asking to have multiple estate related documents notarized was a disappointment when it did not meet with their company policy. CapFed suggested going to UPS store to notarize for $5 each. Glad I had banking relationships with FNB down the block who were more than happy to oblige. Will consider moving more of my business to them.
