  The atm never seems to be working! And as someone that works bank hours I rely on the atm for deposits and withdraws and for the past 3 weeks I have been unable to do so at this location.

  Thank you for your feedback. We have called technicians to this ATM and are troubleshooting the issue. The ATM is operational right now, and the branch continues to keep a close eye on it to ensure it remains working.

  My wife and I have been banking with Capitol Federal for combined total over 15 years. We have used other banks, but by far we have been very happy with Capitol Federal. No reason to consider any other bank. I’ve personally visited the Barry Road location along with a few others and I never had any issues with service.

  This bank is the worse in my opinion. They nickel and dime you for many things. They take it upon themselves to change their website which then locks you out of your account. You have to go into the local branch to do anything at all pertaining to updating your contact information whether it be your phone number, address, anything. It's very inconvenient. They charge you a fee every time you use your debit card pin anywhere but at their locations. The only reason I still have this account is because of my child support payments coming directly through the state. This is just an additional headache to get changed through the state. I am going to find a way though! Done with Capital Federal.
