  Our agency has been working with CPF since 2008. Their customer service department and service is far superior from any other finance company we had worked with in the past. Bob Hagedorn is in touch with me multiple times a month "checking in to see how things are going" which I truly appreciate. Gordon Hopkins response time to any question I may is prompt and he is a joy to work with. If I reach out to anyone in customer service each person is pleasant and do their very best to take care of what is needed sooner rather than later. I love the service CPF provides of notifying our clients of any issue with their timing of payments or wrong address returns. Our clients rave about how easy it is to set up auto payments at the inception of the finance period. No other company we would rather work with.
