  ATM vestibule kept locked at night- even putting the card in the reader doesn’t open the door. Given the dearth of “bankers’ hours” & the fact that most of your customers have to work to put their money in Capital One’s bank, this makes no sense. Also tellers have no idea what to do if you try to cash a check drawn on a Canadian bank. Too bad, because the location is convenient (which is probably why they’re closing it in a few months)

  Wasted my time for waiting agent to open account. No workers available! I dont understand management tactics at all!

  The tellers are usually very friendly but this particular trip there were 15 people ahead of me so I went to the ATM and was in and out rather quickly

  I have always enjoyed visiting the Ocean Avenue/Sheepshead Bay branch. The staff is warm,welcoming, extremely competent and always happy to answer questions and assist the customer. I truly hope they reopen after this Covid is over.

  I went into the branch to renew CD. Was told to come back the next day. There was one customer service rep who was with a customer. I asked for a sheet so I could look at the current rates. at the current rate. She told me there was a problem with the printer. I was shocked I couldn't even get a rate sheet. This branch staff has always been extremely unprofessional. I prefer the branch on Ave.U.

  It is my second time in branch for today, first time left after staying in line for over 10 min with in 4 people in front of me, couldn't stay any longer. My second attempt seems a little better, but still very slow.

  Always a good experience here. Wait time, 5 mins or less. Great staff. Sorry they closed the Neptune branch.

  If you go to the branch on Saturday and ask to withdraw more than 3000 from savings account there is no way you will get it. They will tell you that you have to order money on Monday and you will get it by Tuesday.
