  Bank at times can be very slow and you can never get anyone on the phone at this branch it reroutes you to the over the phone customer service number. It's super weird and annoying! Please build one in LIC that area can benefit from having one seriously!

  It was closing time on a Saturday and the bank teller, Edwin, was still very patient with me in my ignorance. I am old and don't know much about the banking system and still Edwin was very polite and not condescending. I am very greatful for the service.

  Capital one normally has a good service when I call call. I am pretty sure the services should be good in other brunches. I walked in to be added in an existing account, first the wait was almost one hour thirty minutes then it took them over an hour struggling with the issue. The associate was aimlessly scrolling through the computer and running around without reason. When it was coming to almost 3 hours and I lost patience, that’s when they got it done in 10mins. They didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for this. Wost bank service experience ever. Go to different bank or different brunch.

  I stopped by the branch and everyone there was so helpful. They explained to me how I can make payments using the Capital One app. The bald gentleman at the desk set everything up for me so I can make my payments and even explained to me some best practices for my credit! This Capital One branch is by far the best!
