  Hi Ez pawn corp, Just went to the sunnyside location and got a nice Michele Watch from Dorkas, this is the second one I buy there... I have not complains at all, always a pleasure to see you guys. Thank you so much for being so a great store

  I missed pawn shop on Wednesday November 26,2015.so i went thursday on thanksgiving they were closed the whole day,even though they were scheduled to be open,i check google and seen there schedule business hours and they were supposed to be open on Thanksgiving and Black Friday it only had a message stating hours may vary do the holiday but it did not say they were closed like it did on the schedule when they were officially closed I called up every hour hoping they would be open on Thursday Thanksgiving they were not open. My pawn due date was on Thanksgiving. Their policy does not say anything about what would happen if they are closed on a holiday and your due date is on that date. I spent all day calling all their locations to see if I can come in to one of their locations and put a down payment on for my phone so I can extend it for another four months I'm not one of their locations was open not even the main office. And now it's Black Friday and no one is answering the phones and its after 9 o'clock AM and this is the next day after my point due date diving trying to make so now they're not open Saturday or if they are open Saturday I have a feeling they're going to tell me that there's nothing I can do I hope not because I will sue the s*** out of them

  Hi Joseph, thank you for your message. We apologize for being closed on your due date due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Each day our office opens at 9:30am, which is why no one was answering your calls at 9:00am. We understand your due date fell on a day that we were closed and would never penalize you for that. I hope besides us being closed on a holiday that our service at the store is rated higher than one star. We do strive to make our customers happy.   Very good place to buy Jewelry & pawn my stuff, I had being doing business with Ez pawn for over 18 years, And they are the best, I go to buy from Dorkas, the sales person, she can give me the best prices, she is always happy to help me, and give me an smile... in back I work with Robert and Vanessa also very nice people... I do recommend this place !!!

  Best place to buy Jewelry in Queens, I feel like walking in a boutique, The store has Fancy Handbags like Gucci, LV, Prada and more, My girl Dorkas is there, she gives me the best prices ever... thank you

  This location by far has been the greatest one . Elvis was so knowledgeable, explained everything to me .. I’m so grateful on how much they helped me out . Definitely the only place I’ll ever come too. Thank you Elvis!!
