      Keaira McLucas was the one to help me today. She is amazing!!! Very kind, sweet and helpful person. She walked me through the credit process and made it so much easier. Very great employee!!

      If i could give this Credit Union negative stars i would. I have NEVER been treated to horribly by a credit union in my life by 2 of of their financial managers. The simple fact that i had gone to this place to report my information stolen. some how the thieves were able to withdraw cash from my account with MY ID and Account information it not be me was incredible to me. But that's not my issue, My issue is having their Vice President Irene Barrera stand there while another Branch Manager argued with me about information that i did or did not say, was not only humiliating but extremely hurtful. i have banked with this locations for years. My family has banked here for YEARS, and this is the way that FIRST Community Credit Union treats their LOYAL customers is puzzling to me. But hey according to this branch who cares what i think or feel, i am a nobody.

      I financed it side by side through this institution and it has been the worst experience with any company ever! They charge you hidden fees and can't explain why. Their customer service is god-awful! The only thing they care about is making money! I would never recommend using this Bank! Telling me to call in and make a payoff payment and then telling me they're going to charge me $15 to do it! They take $5 for every payment I make out of my payment??? And can't explain why...

      Terrible customer service. I've been a customer for 5 years and recently had a 'last straw' moment with them after receiving bad service for years. The credit union seems unorganized. I tried to get a mortgage and a car loan from them a few years ago and they seemed confused and never got back to me. I was able to get mortgages and car loans from other banks easily instead. I recently had some fraudulent transactions on my account. Their response was to have me call a 1-800 number and get put on hold forever without actually talking to a real person. I'm done with them and closing my account.

      This was one of the best and FIRST experiences I've had with a credit union. I walked in not knowing what a credit union was or anything about one and I was blessed to meet this great guy by the name of Jorge. Mr Jorge here was probably one of the most informative reps I've ever met In my life and helped set me on the right track financially to take care of building my credit back up in a smart way. This dude if he hasn't gotten a raise yet definitely deserves it. Great guy, great personality and a lot of knowledge. Will recommend to family and friends.

      Very disappointed with the whole institution. I have been a member since '89 and it seems the credit union has gone from a well known and run business to just mediocre. They have lost that neighborhood friendly financial institution feeling that they were famous for.Even though there has been lots of structural changes the service seems to have deteriorated. The associates don't seem to be as well educated in the products available and the processes to conduct transactions. The ATM's seem to have more problems than before.

      I have been a LONG time member and have always left there satisfied. I do have to agree about the member service counter they had one point in time. I feel it did seem to be quicker service than having to sit down and wait. The employees there have always been extremely friendly courteous and kind. I’ve dealt with many many employees there for the past 25+ years and I have to agree Larry is a great asset to FCCU!

      Would highly recommend this bank. I needed a notary done for a traffic ticket. The courthouse didn't take credit card. So I came to this bank cause they were down the road. And a representative by name of Mickey was nice, welcoming, and fast in getting my notary done. The branch looked nice and I barely waited 2 minutes. Would higlt recommend to everyone. Great people.
