  Had a great experience at this location. Mrs. Doronda Placide (Dual Market Manager) was the best. She was very friendly and took her time in making sure that my highest expectations were met. I would definitely recommend her for any and all assistance. I greatly respect and appreciate the time, effort, and friendliness that she put forth in assisting me.

  Walked in two ladies in a personal conversation heard by myself and any one around. Told I needed a card , signed in left and no assistance. Personally, I have been a loyal customer and the lack of attention to customers are inexcusable. Whatever was important isn't on my list of to do. Waiting no when two adults are available yet having a personal conversation but, I am still left waiting. I cannot type fast so you can imagine. Christian Tate lacked professional behavior trying to justify their behavior Laughable, she was the manager the door greeter. I guess she thought Um , I am not a worthy valuable customer. Sad.No star really.

  Wish there's an option for no stars or negative stars! Worst workers ever! There were some mistakes made with some deposits I made. Instead of fixing the problem like a worker should, the extremely rude worker hung up on my face. I Just called corporate and they are going to open an investigation. I can't believe I was treated like that! I've been with capital one business for over 15 years and this is what I get? Shake my damn head. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

  Horrible customer service at this branch. Their faulty ATM machine took my card and wouldn't give it back. Went into the branch the next business day and instead of being able to retrieve my card for me, the staff threw their hands up in the air and simply gave me a number to call.

  This is the best capital one I've been to. It's so fast. I was kinda reluctant to leave this review. Because this might encourage more ppl to come here and use this place. Then it might get busier, which means lines might get longer. Ppl are great and kind.

  Closes early, don't belive their hours. I arrived 20 min before 5 to a locked building.
