  Not very happy about the finance manager service at the end of the purchasing. The finance manager told me that it is late and he need go home let's finish this quick at the end of the purchase with out any introduction. He told me he did not have time to tell me the loan number and just sign the paper when I ask him about loan numbers approved by the bank. I do not think that he will talk to me like this if I am that 80% majority, or that 15% minority groups. If you need leave on time for your kid go to bed that is fine, let customers know about it and finish the paper work next day. DO NOT RUSH PEOPEL SIGN THE PAPER WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGE BECAUSE WE ARE NOT BUYING SOMETHING FROM WALMART ACROSS THE STREET THAT PEOPEL CAN RETURN THE ITEM FOR THATEVER REASONS.

  Our experience with Capital Eurocars last week was excellent! Ron Carter and Wayne Burnam couldn't have been more professional and personable. We expected the same unsatisfactory treatment we recently experienced at another local dealership and we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth and enjoyable obtaining a new car could be. Both gentlemen patiently explained everything about our new VW convertible. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the market for a car and we have already shared our experience with friends. Kudos to Ron and Wayne for making this not only a painless experience but an enjoyable and exciting event!

  Tony Taylor is an awesome service advisor! I drive 3 hours to get my service done with him rather than using the dealership in the town I live in. You can trust Tony to not take advantage of you, and to help you get you and your car back on the road in the most efficient way possible!

  My wife and I unexpectedly needed to replace our aging vehicle. We did our (overnight) research and found a used vehicle that looked great. Claude Rabbath was the first person who greeted us when we arrived at the dealership - his welcoming personality and calm demeanor helped make the entire process go smoothly. While they suffered from computer problems that slowed us down, we are very satisfied with the courteous service we received and the vehicle that is the answer to our needs. Thanks so much!.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Captial Eurocars. My agent was Mr. Angus Thomas. I must say that I was very pleased with the level of care and expertise demonstrated by him and the rest of the staff in regards to helping me to choose the most appropriate new car for me. Not only was he knowledgeable about the various models on the lot, he was helpful in highlighting key features of competitors to provide perspective on the rest of the market options. His demeanor was warm and inviting and I did not feel pressured or rushed int a decision. In my dealings with the rest of the team members, I could tell that not only business was important to them but also my satisfaction with my overall experience. I would highly recommend this establishment and agent to any consumer looking for a luxury car.

  Dustin Durham was the sales person at this dealership and he knows exactly what I was looking for and his professional interaction with me helped in clearing any doubts and made the sale very smooth.   We took our 2014 Mercedes Sprinter RV to Capital Eurocars for a sceduled maintenance and for a recall service related to the airbag. We had not been there previosly . We were greeted outside and directed to Parke Stafford who was our Service Advisor . Parke is very nice and explained what was needed, gave us an estimate on the maintenance service needed and the time to complete. They then shuttled us home, at no charge. The recall service would have been completed while we waited but we decided to leave it there since we had not sceduled the maintenance service. The rv was ready the next day at the time expected. We were so pleased with our first experience at Capital Euro cars and with the professional service from Parke Stafford. They even washed our rv, which we appreciared so much! It is now ready for the road again and we have definitely found the best place to take it in the future! We highly recommend them! The Croswells
