  Have had nothing but bad experiences with this credit union. Kept contacting me about activity they thought was fraudulent but wasn’t. Atm machines dont even work right half of the time. Which is extremely frustrating. Went to use my card at the Presto! Atms at Publix and it retained my card. Would never recommend this train wreck of a credit union to anyone!

  This credit union is terrible. Ive had the worst experience dealing with them. Their machines never work properly, the app never works properly, and the customer service reps are passive aggressive with false positivity. My account was overdrafted and I was double charged for no reason when I had money in my account to cover the charge that they are saying overdrafted my account. My account is being closed now and reported to the credit bureau which is going to affect my credit now. This credit union is predatory. If anyone else has had problems with this credit union please reach out to me as well as report it to the local bar. Lets make sure they know not to prey on people in our community.

  I used to love First Commerce but as of recently, the service there has not been good at all. I came in trying to cash a check & the teller & manager Don gave me such a hard time. They were trying to place a 7 day hold on my check even though the system didn’t recommend a hold. The manager Don basically told me even though he has seen checks like the one I presented before, that he was still going to place a hold on it. When I talked with customer service they stated that it’s the managers discretion & he chose to place a hold on it, simply because he can. He told me no right off the bat & I had to ask him to call & verify it with the maker because it’s a good check & he knew it was a good check because he stated that he’s seen them before! I wonder if l was white if it would’ve been a different story. My account was in great standing & had over $2K combined. You would think that after banking with someone for almost 10 years that you would get better service than that. I waited almost 30 minutes for nothing. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything! Not to mention, every time I go to the atm on the weekend, it’s not taking deposits! Pull your atm deposits people! Do better First Commerce! Highly disappointed!!!

  Poor customer service I been a member for over 6 years and have never received such poor customer service. After waiting over 30 minutes on the phone behind 10 callers to receive my 1098 I was told repeatedly that they will charge me 15 dollars to resent them. After telling the representative they were never sent she repeat my told me there nothing she can do. Then the representative checked only to find out they were never sent out. I have 3 mortgages and multiple accounts I wouldn’t recommend due to unprofessional experience.

  First Commerce is a great bank to be a part of. They have always been very helpful for me and I appreciate being able to see Vincent for my teller needs. He is always a great help as well as the other members in the bank. I enjoy how It is a credit union vs a standard bank because I feel like they give back to us more!

  I walked through their doors for the very first time and 50 minutes later I had a car loan. Great rate and they even gave me change for the parking meter. The experience was the best I've ever had. Super friendly and really treated me like a valued customer. I even opened a checking and a savings account while there!! I'll be a member for life!!!

  You can't go into the lobby to make loan payments so you have use the teller. The line to get to the teller takes a half hour, then an awhile for the video teller to load. The tellers outside finally took my card to make my payment inside the bank. They charge to make payments over the phone. If you are going to inconvenience your customers you shouldn't charge to make the payment. Once this pandemic is over you can go back to charging for over the phone!

  Vincent was very friendly and helpful when I came in to make a deposit. I had a few questions, he was knowledgeable and patient with me while I figured out my finances. That’s why I love this credit union!

  I have been with this credit union over 8 yrs and over the years they are going down hill. The ATM machines never work, the printed receipt shows I made a deposit of 500 dollars and I only put 340 yet it only showed I put 320. The first time it did this it showed I made a deposit of 5000. I think this is ridiculous and for it to keep happening is just crazy! I have my money in your facility that changes fees yet you can't tell me how much I actually have in my account. The phone lines never work either it's always something. I plan to change and I hate I have to because if I ever needed a loan it might not work in my favor because some places look at how long you have been with a bank or credit union. I think I'll be reporting you to the better business Bureau also. I'm tired of the issues and the technology should be a lot better then it is!

  Closed at 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, without putting that information on their website, or anywhere else other than on the front door of the building. Planned my holidays around being able to access the bank during their normal business hours as they gave no indication of those changing on Christmas Eve. Long time member
