  Rude and not helpful at all. I needed help finding out about a check deposited into my account and I was told by the clerk that she was unable to help me and she would have to reach out to Tallahassee for them to further research it. She said this would cost me $20/hr and if I didn’t want to go that route I should keep better records. Funny, because I called Tallahassee and they were able to help me over the phone. I also went by another bank and they were also able to help regarding the same situation.

  Worst bank. Just recently moved to GA where there are no CCB. Both me and my wife’s accounts have been inactive for awhile. Unfortunately, my wife didn’t close the account, and a couple of automatic withdrawals came out w/o knowledge. She just happened to check and seen what happened. No way to transfer money from a Georgia bank to the existing account. Three overdraft fees incurred totaling $90... they used to wave the OD fee if we deposited money into the account within a certain time period, but they lied and said they couldn’t this time. That’s over a days worth of work that they just took for no reason. They could have done the right thing but chose not to. CCB is a perfect example of what this world is coming to.

  Could not believe how rude. Betsy was not helpfully what so ever and could careless about trying to be helpful. If you’re looking for a bank, this is not the one. They are rude and their systems are about 10 years outdated.
