  I recently moved my auto loan to Campus USA from a big bank, and got a better rate, excellent personalized service (Shout out Ariana Jones!), and a bonus to boot! I had to call yesterday right at 5pm for assistance enrolling in online banking (I didn't have my whole account number), and was greeted cheerfully even at the end of the day, by a live human, who not only helped me with my issue, but refunded a $3 fee I hadn't even asked to have refunded. Top notch banking experience!

  I just wanted to take a minute and say how much I appreciate Ariana M. Jones at campus credit union in Spring Hill. We have been members of campus credit union for over 20 years. By far she is the best representative I have ever experienced. She takes customer service to a whole new level. Everyone at the branch is kind but I can honestly say I have done more business with campus simply because of how she takes care of us. (Lord knows we have done a lot recently). I have my personal and business accounts there and any time we buy anything we go to her first. Even if she is not working she helps me with whatever I need. I am not sure anyone else would go that far for customer satisfaction. In fact I know they would not. During all this time with Covid I have never felt like i was a bother. She took whatever time she needed to help us get done what we needed. While she was out she still guided me through a business transaction. If she ever left for any reason ( please don’t ever let her leave. Haha). I would probably pull my business to another local bank or just follow her where she went. That is how much I value her Thank you for hiring a great person and thank you for giving her the ability to be there for us!

  Wow! Campus USA is absolutely amazing! Andrea at the branch on 39th next to Publix was soo helpful! She willing to wait on hold with VyStar to verify my funds 3 minutes before closing. Campus is always so willing to help me and meet me in the middle! Thank you Andrea!

  I used Campus to get a loan for a home purchase. Without question, they had the lowest rates in the area. Though there were some bumps along the road, overall, I found them to be responsive and helpful. They were happy to answer my neverending questions. Most importantly, they worked hard to get our closing date moved up by nearly 2 weeks when we decided we needed to close sooner. I am happy we chose them and would recommend them for people seeking a home loan. We did have to deal with one particularly snarky, incapable teller when we went to get a cashier's check for our closing. However, the branch manager was quick to rectify the situation and reimburse us unnecessarily charged fees. So, if you run into a poor teller, don't let that discourage you; others at Campus know what they're doing. For the home purchase, we did have to open a Campus bank account. Upon closing on the home, though, I closed the account because their online banking is just unacceptable. I am also a member at another Florida credit union (Space Coast Credit Union), which has a very nice, very useful online system. Campus really needs to improve its user interface and online banking capabilities if it's going to retain tech-savvy customers.

  We worked with Ariana at CampusUSA (Springhills) recently on a loan for solar panels for our home. I can't say enough how easy she made the process from start to finish. Not only is she super personable, but she knows her stuff and was able to match the rates of another loan we were looking at from an online bank. My husband and I are all over the place with our schedules, it was super convenient to be able to handle and sign all the loan documents through email, on our time. Did you know many of the people who have been working at our local CampusUSA branch have been there for 10-20+ years? That tells me so much about the company. It's so great to be able to walk in and talk to someone... the SAME person we've been working with, year after year.

  I have been with campus since I was 14 years old (almost 15 years ago). My husband and I just recently decided to purchase our first home. The entire process went better than we could have ever expected by using campus for our mortgage loan. We have heard horror stories about banks coming in at the last minute and asking for more documents and closing dates changing. This was not the case at all with campus, it was the smoothest process ever. Every single question we asked was answered very quickly and thoroughly. We worked with a handful of people at campus including Eva DeSalvo, Stephen Sisson and Samantha Cuyun and we closed on time and without a hitch. Actually, everything was ready 1 week in advance of closing. We just had to show up and sign the papers. We could not have been happier going through Campus USA and it’s so easy to have all of our accounts in one place. If you ever need anything they are just an easy phone call away. You will not go wrong choosing campus for any of your banking needs.

  If you’re looking for an excellent credit union to bank with, look no further! Ashley Crosier exceeded my expectations because she always goes above and beyond. She is kind, honest and professional. The staff at the springhill branch have always been very pleasant and helpful also. Thank you Campus USA!

  Always have wonderful service at this location! Today I went in very stressed about a transaction I didn’t authorize on my card and Kris helped me take action against it and was super nice in doing so! It was a great experience and made me feel much better about the situation. Shout out to him and the whole team at this location!
