  I've never been more satisfied then any other company. They have been there every step of my loan. I called in for the last payment but someone took my information and I checked back on my card and it wasn't taken out. So I'm waiting for a phone call from the manager to find out who took the information with my code to do the transaction over the phone on my last payment t on the car. I would rather go pay it in person if they can stop taken the last payment out off my card I'd pay it in person so I can meet these generous people. Sincerely Doug Prouty

  It doesnt matter if you make your payments on time like others suggest becuase of the rate they compound interest, its a loan you'll never get out of without paying thousands in interest. This type if loan isn't legal in every state, it's structured to be a predatory loan.

  Hi Brittany- All terms of the loan including months to pay off and total interest over the life of the loan are clearly disclosed in the loan contract. Also, the loan can be refinanced by another lender anytime without any penalty or fee.

  I absolutely love working with capital auto loan they are a fantastic group of people. They’ve really made buying and financing a car so much easier to understand. Samantha especially has been tremendous help and I look forward to continuing working with her to pay down my loans.

  Capital Auto loan has been amazing for a first time car loan. They have been super willing to work with me and they just recently helped me refinance to not only lower my interest rate but to also condense down the length of my loan. Everyone there is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend this company enough.

  Have never had a problem with them. I've started out having poor credit (with A repossession) and they worked with me. Just refinanced one of my vehicles and my interest was cut in half! Would recommend them to anyone that wants to build/rebuild their credit. Dont be scared off by others that have bad choices or have had terrible timing in buying a vehicle! If you make your payments, they take care of you!

  Samantha and the crew at Capitol Auto Loan have made my car buying experience a positive one! After finding a car I loved and thinking I'd never qualify they got me financed and after a year of on time payments I was eligible to refinance at a credit rate of almost half what my original rate was thus saving me about $1600!! Thanks you guys for making my experience a great one!!

  Definitely and very easy and loyal place to work with!! They respond quickly and get the job done Definitely would use them again and would refer them to everyone ☺ they are excellent with bad credit and bankruptcy I appreciate them alot 😊
