  I used CapCenter to sell my investment home and it was a fantastic experience. My agent was so reliable and was constantly giving me updates as we moved through the process. They took care of getting professional photos of the home, was available for any questions/concerns I had, and they made we worked effectively through negotiations of the sale. Highly recommend using CapCenter. I was only listing my home at the time, but I would definitely have explored using them for financing as well to get the additional savings if I was purchasing!

  I have been a client with CapCenter for a few years now. I purchased my home in 2020, which was a seamless process. I was not able to use their realty services at the time but their mortgage process couldn't have been more simple. With equity rising so quickly in the area it was an easy decision to have CapCenter refinance my home recently and get me closed in less than a month.

  It was a pretty smooth and awesome experience to work with CapCenter. The zero closing cost is a big plus and I am glad that I found CapCenter as my lender. I don't know if they have real estate agents to help with buying and selling. I would love to try next time!

  I purchased my first home using a CapCenter real estate agent in the beginning of 2022. As a first-time homebuyer the no closing cost on the mortgage and refund from our agent's commission was tremendously helpful in making this purchase possible and affordable.
