  Working with Grayton Mortgage has been a pleasant experience. We knew it was time to take advantage of low mortgage rates to refinance our 2011 mortgage. Because I dreaded the feared hassle we kept putting it off. What a mistake! Had we known about Grayton Mortgage we would have done it far sooner and saved a bundle. They guided us through the process expertly and with surprising ease. Plus, everyone we worked with was friendly and upbeat. Couldn't have been happier!

  Kevin and his team are great! We have now used them twice (once for a refi and once for a new mortgage). They are very responsive and do a good job of answering any questions you have in a way that is easy to understand. They also keep things moving forward to ensure your closing stays on track. We will definitely use them again.

  I had a great experience working with Kevin and his team. Kevin took the time to walk me through the many questions I had as a first time home buyer.   Had a great experience with David at Grayton. The pre approval was a breeze, they offered the lowest rate out of everyone, and the closing process was also extremely easy and straight forward. Between them and my realtor, I was kind of shocked at how easy and painless the home buying process was. Especially for first time buyers. There was a hiccup with errors on the paperwork at signing that delayed the process a few hours, but that was due to a third party that they work with, and hopefully that was a fluke. Despite that, we received a personal apology from the owner and it did eventually get sorted. All in all, it was way smoother than I thought it would be, bumps included.

  Sam at Grayton Mortgage is our loan officer for refinancing. We have an excellent experience from the start to finish. Sam was really reliable and always available to answer any questions we have. Our case bumped into some issues on the way. Sam was really great at maintaining the communication with us and was actively working with us and other parties to move the case forward. We closed our case within the expected time frame, Grayton Morgage also offers a very competitive rate. In general, we are really happy about their service and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of obtaining a mortgage or refinancing.

  I refinanced this summer when rates were good. I learned about Kevin from a co-worker. After comparing may quotes, Kevin offered the best rates. I am a high verify type of person so I had a lot of questions throughout the process to be sure I understood everything throughout the process. Kevin always answered my call or returned it within 5 minutes and he was very patient to thoroughly answer my never-ending questions and to make suggestions along the way.   I had a great experience working with Patrick from Grayton Mortgage. My refinance scenario was super complicated--foreign source income, complex tax returns, non-standard pay stubs, child support, overseas rent, etc etc, but Patrick was very patient and found me a lender with the right program that can approve my case despite of all the complexities. Patrick is responsive, courteous, and eager to help. I would highly recommend him and Grayton Mortgage to anyone.

  After having our original mortgage only six months, we decided to refinance with Grayton Mortgage for a lower interest rate and to escrow our taxes and insurance.   After a friend recommended Grayton to us for Mortagage service we never look for others. Kevin is great, so is his loan processor and co-workers.
