  CapCenter was so easy to work with, on top of their competitive rates and low closing costs. Wes (loan consultant) and Hunter (closing consultant) were extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. The entire loan process is a breeze and the extensive documents to sign and upload are simple due to their online repository. As this was my first home purchase, I had plenty of questions and CapCenter - by means of Wes and Hunter - was able to answer every query I had. I had nothing but an awesome experience for something so large and stressful and would recommend CapCenter to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  They delivered exactly as they promised in their marketing materials and website. It was streamlined, efficient, accurate, and fast. From start to finish, it took less than a month; and the closing was 10 minutes in a COVID19-safe environment. IWe did not feel pressured, and there really were zero closing costs.

  Compared to a refinance that I did 5 years ago with one of the "big banks", the mortgage process with CapCenter for a recent purchase was refreshingly pleasant. They need to do their due diligence just like everybody else but it was just a much more pleasant and less painful process.

  Having been through 2 purchases and a refi already, CapCenter was a dream to work with. Clearly listed my requirements, handled my changes and adjustments quickly, and closing took about 20 mins. Also noteworthy, I saved just under $3,000 in fees that were "unavoidable" with the other lenders I researched.

  Cap Center's low closing fees made enough of a difference that I was able to buy a condo AND get a few pieces of furniture for it. They turned around my loan in less than three weeks. I will definitely recommend them to others. Wes Keating was fantastic to work with!

  My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Cap Center on our home loan for our new home. All of the associates are professional and friendly and most importantly, very responsive. Their system makes it easy to e-sign documents online and upload documents. I would recommend Cap Center to anyone looking for a home loan.

  I was shopping around for home mortgage and land loans at a local bank when the mortgage officer recommended I take a look at CapCenter as that is what they used themselves. I ended up deciding to stay in my current home and refinance, but I am glad I went with CapCenter. My initial interactions were with Frasier Davidson and he was pleasant and professional. He was happy to explain the process and answer my questions. I ended up communicating with multiple other individuals all of whom were just as professional and friendly (Ann Atwill, Anne Vandeweghe, and very nice man who signed all of the final paperwork at closing).

  I can not say enough wonderful things about CapCenter Realty. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jeffress. He was professional and always responded within minutes. We contacted him on a Saturday night we met him Sunday and we were under contract Monday. How AWESOME is that?? We got a great house thanks to him!
