  Our experience was unique this time around. We chose Towne Bank on the advice from a friend. We were in the market to refinance our current loan which was secured by another lender. What made our experience unique is that a large percentage of our income comes from being self employed. I can’t even begin to tell you how much documentation (the Process) was requested and required. Through it all Mrs. White and her team processed the requested information in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.
