  The loan officer we worked with was wonderful. He anticipated what would be asked of us. We were able to get the information needed without last minute crunches. He made sure that all the t's were crossed and all the i's were dotted. He knows his business.

  It is better for you to find a mortgage with another company. I don't think these people are competent enough. They claim experience which I think they do not have. Save your money and your time and find another place that know what what they are supposed to do. Another thing, you to them is just a number. Don't think they care about you.
