  Chloe Baker spent over a year helping my husband and I find our perfect horse property. She searched high and low and then found our literal dream property we had been looking and hoping for. She and Andrew Canter did a fantastic job negotiating and getting the house purchased for us at a below market price in a crazy market. On the selling end of the spectrum they sold our house for us in 12 hours and set a RECORD for the highest price per square foot in the zip code!!!!   Chloe Rose Baker our realtor was fantastic in our search for our first beach house in Pacific/Mission Beach area. She was patient while we waited looking at many places over about 3-4 months. The compass website to research was very helpful but when Chloe found the right place in Mission Beach she immediately went out to preview for us and knowing how quick the right place will go in the beach area we put an offer right away that weekend and her correspondence to the seller's realtor made it happen and we got our dream house with other offers coming in. She helped us win the counter offer when the first offer was rejected. During the escrow Chloe was on top of everything and communication was fantastic, She has great communication skills and is very responsive and I will use her again anytime I am selling or purchasing in the San Diego area.
