John Dennis was amazing - with us every step of the way, explaining how things were going to work, what to anticipate, advocating for us, chasing after underwriters.   Our first experience with Anthony and his team was so phenomenal that we refinanced with him a second time. He is prompt, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He took the pain out of the refi process and to us the entire process was as seamless as possible.Both times, we got excellent service, excellent rates, no glitches, no surprises and no frustration.   I received a flyer in the mail, which I normally never respond to. As the CEO of a fairly large Tech company, I receive solicitations all the time. The offer rate was below anything I had seen before. I took a chance and called Anthony. Anthony was responsive and did a great job coordinating the application. It got done within 2 weeks at the rate specified in the flyer! I was pleasantly surprised!

  I locked a loan with them. His staff did such a terrible job that I had to back out from the loan process. They sat on the loan for 30 days after I provided all the documentation. I had to remind them to commit to a date. Lastly they kept asking for all kinds of document that i provided. For me the last straw in the hat was after they asked me letter of explanation of income from 2018 March that has no relevance on the loan that we are working on targeted April 2019. Don't waste your time you can get better rate elsewhere.
