  MUST READ IF PROSPECTIVE BUYER. i'm a broker associate in residential real estate mainly servicing the Palm Beach North area. the first time i met Erick was a few months back at a broker's open house. we had a good discussion and built rapport. recently i was the listing agent for a beautiful country home sitting on 2.5 acres in Jupiter Farms. my seller received an offer of interest but were concerned about the lender's ability to close in 30 days or less; lender selected by the buyer.
