  Indoor ATM confiscated my bankcard without sufficient warning simply because i was slow to answer question on screen . staff could not help retrieve my card . reissuing myself another card with nobodys help . moral of the story . NEVER use an ATM that Swallows your card . no where on the machine was i warned i could lose my csrd At Any Time nor a warning sticker near where bankcard is inserted

  Worst TD branch, some of the worst employees. I am a long-time business customer with large account balances. I went for a routine transaction, they said it will be about 10 minutes, 20 minutes later they said it will be another 15 minutes. In disgust, I left and went to another branch where the transaction was completed in UNDER TWO MINUTES!!! Manager: investigate and fire some of these people. I am never coming there again and plan take my entire business to another bank.

  I’ve tried to cash several different checks at this TD and they deny it every time. I seem to catch heather every time in the front. I believe she stereotypes me because of my tattoos and backwards hats. Explaining there is always something wrong with the check. I then go to the the normal TD I cash at and there is no issues. They always tell me well you aren’t even a customer here. Very unprofessional and awful all around people!!!!!!!

  Great staff!! They get me in and out quickly! It’s always a pleasure to see there smiles on there face! They even try to remember who you are!!! One staff member recently was just so divine and helped me to the extreme. I wouldn’t go to any other bank beside this one!! I recommend this bank to everyone!

  Good bank. Friendly staff. Only complaint is how long typical transactions take. I know they are making sure everything is perfect, but I've waited awhile and had things not correct. They always end transactions with "Thank you for your patience" like they know they are taking their time... I wouldn't mind waiting if everything was always perfect, but sometimes it's not.

  This staff is wonderful and have been helping me for years. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone who used TD or is looking to change banks. TD's service is very good. The branch manager is super friendly too!

  The teller was extremely rude and apparently didn't know what he was doing. The manager was very rude too. The staff here is rude, not helpful and not friendly at all. When I went in last week the teller didn't seem to know what he was doing and I asked for the manager who was a woman and she had a attitude with me too. Bad customer service all around.

  Well, appearently stealing 120 dollars is how they like to treat people who are impacted in disaster areas. Have a secured card to ended maxed out due to the disaster. Went to pay 120 dollars against it late, they decided to keep the 120 dollars AND all the money on the savings account backing it and close it without notice. Absolute scum bag PoS over there.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, IM 15 AND NEVER ONCE WAS I WARNED THAT I GET A FEE FOR TRANSFERING MONEY, THEY PLAY WITH YOUR IGNORANCE AND GAIN MONEY. CORUPT! IM TAKING ALL MY MONEY OUT AND GOING TO A BETTER BANK
