  Where do I begin ?.. As a first time at Home Buyer, not only was this a learning step but also a stressful one as it took me almost a year to find my home. Josh is heaven sent! He handled everything efficiently, professionally, and always had a willingness to explain everything throughout the process. It felt great to know that I can trust Josh to give me the best rate and best advice as he is extremely knowledgeable in the loan/ purchasing process. After almost one year, I finally purchased home.. thank you Josh for making the difference.   Love Bayburg Financial and all their staff! Especially Josh Spraul and his team of super women!! Made the whole process smooth and as stress free as possible!   Words really can't even describe how thrilled I am. I was told by multiple brokers that the loan could not be done. I was told that it was near impossible due to my previous divorce, ect. Joshua and the team at Bayburg not only tried, they ultimately did it and they stuck through it every step of the way. Always following up, keeping me updated and keeping on top of things. I was honest with them about the entire situation and they were honest with me AND the bank! Due to the honesty on both sides, we were able to to do the loan and I moved into my dream home on July 16th. My boys and I love it and I am forever grateful to the team at Bayburg. Special thank you to Joshua Spraul who helped make it all happen. I am about to make my first mortgage payment and I could not be more thrilled to write that check! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

  The mortgage went through fairly smooth and there were minor complications, as with every transaction. However, when the closing agent badmouths to the Seller and purposely speaks bad about the realtor saying they are a bad realtor, and claims that the Seller was not properly represented, it is not professional. Everyone handles transactons differently and in accordance to their Seller's preferences. Ultimately, my Seller received what he wanted and the Buyer was happy. The only unhappy person was the closing agent that had to do a little extra work to get a payoff letter. How unprofessional. I suggest using another title company and not the in house one....unless your deal is perfect. Realtors do much more than just talk to a closing agent.

  I tried to work with Adam Bayer at this agency and the experience was awful and grossly unprofessional. As various stages of working together over the course of approximately 3 months Adam encouraged me to settle debts which had no affect on my credit, provided me with inaccurate information regarding my score, pulled my credit SIX times and repeatedly questioned not only THAT I was using an attorney to handle the process but even questioned how much I was paying her. Once I found a more professional and competent individual to work with, her exact words to me were, "He obviously had no idea what he was doing. I'm very sorry you had to go through that experience." She then proceeded to secure a loan in the exact amount that Adam "couldn't," at the same rate. and in a timely fashion. I'm could not be more disappointed with the services, or lack thereof, provided through Bayberg FInancial and Adam Bayer specifically.

  I couldn't believe I couldn't get a loan this easy,and all done. If your looking for a loan you have got to try Adam with BayBurg Financial ,its no hassel and he helps you every step of the way. Adam is honest and proactive with everything. I couldn't believe it was that easy and fast.
